MW Site getting Spammed

The MediaWiki site for the project seems to have been spammed quite a
bit.

I deleted a load of spam from the wiki, but it came back more or less
immediately.

Can someone with WikiSysop privileges ban the following IPs:

http://wiki.drama-theory.com/wiki/Special:Contributions/194.165.42.59

I removed the spam again. The culprit was the bastard at

This IP should be barred.
