Greetings of the day !
This is to kindly inform you that applications are invited from motivated and eligible candidates for the following project position in Advanced Semiconductor Materials & Nanoelectronics Research Group at IIITDM Jabalpur.
Post: Research Student/ Project Associate - I
No. of Post: 01
Funding Agency: UGC DAE CSR
Stipend: Rs. 14,000/ Rs. 31,000 (as applicable)
Project Title: “Interface Investigation of β-(AlxGa1-x)2O3/Ga2O3 Heterojunctions for High Electron Mobility Transistor Applications”.
The selected candidates will be eligible to register for the Ph.D. degree at IIITDM Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh as per the eligibility criteria against subsequent advertisement (in December 2022). The selected JRF will be involved in Design, simulation, fabrication and performance evaluation of Ga2O3 based heterostructures for HEMT applications.
