Dear Dr. M.K. Jayaraj,
We are organizing International Symposium on Semiconductor Materials and Devices-2022 from 16th December 2022 to 18th December 2022 jointly organized by School of Electronics Engineering, KIIT and Semiconductor Society (India). The symposium is being organized to bring the various researchers working in the field of semiconducting materials and devices on a common platform. There will be discussions on the recent advances in the field. The participants can interact with the various experts of the field which will bring together the researchers from various fields. It will lead to exchange of ideas and help in developing new ones. The present Conference provides a platform to exchange knowledge about the latest scientific and industry results and to discuss the latest trends and developments in the area of semiconductor.
The conference papers will be published in Journal of Material Science: Materials in Electronics (Springer; Impact Factor: 2.478) as an special issue with regular peer review process. The details will be updated on conference website in due course.
