Nice 1-Room apartment in the center of Aachen for rent - fully furnished if you want to!
The Apartment has one big room with an outstanding 7 meter window-front, a small bathroom, a kitchen and a small vestibule. It is in the forth floor but the house has an elevator. In the cellar there is a washing machine and a dryer for all house residents.
The total rent is 442 Euros and includes service charges and heating bills. So you just have to add electricity and internet.
Because I'm going to move in together with my boyfriend, I'd like to leave the kitchen and some (or all) all my furniture in the apartment for a low price. You can (but don't have to) acquire them if you want to.
The apartment is located very centrally at the bus station of Aachen. To the RWTH you walk 10 minutes and also the shopping facilities are very good. There's a supermarket in the house and the shopping streets from Aachen you can reach within 2 minutes.
