Code uploaded

I have uploaded the BasicODT code package to 'Files' in the google
group and provided links to the files on the Code Repository page. I
found the procedure to be easy and transparent but learned that it
can't be done from all browers/configurations. This is the same
package that I sent to all of you previously, except that ODTdoc1 has
some revisions based mainly on suggestions by Scott.

I plan to encourage other people to join and to see whether we can
start using this as the medium for at least some of our discussions.
There is a lot of current LEM as well as ODT activity, so I suggest
that we consider LEM to also be within the scope of the group.
