They make you apply to OSAP, they do not pay tuition. They may help
with books, but unlikely.

However, any earnings you have in school is exempt 100%, they don't
take anything. But you dont get the $100, disability related expenses,
or childcare deductions. This counts for the 4 months before school
too, as long as you are registered.

If you dont qualify for OSAP for any reason, you are pretty much out
of luck for paying for school

So does this mean, if I go to college, apply and receive OSAP, that I
will still get my full disability check while I am in school? with no
deductions from my monthly ODSP check?
thanks

your OSAP will pay your tuition and books - ODSP will not give you any
help there - so if you can't get OSAP don't expect ODSP to give you
any extra money while you're in school - you won't get as much from
OSAP as somebody who is NOT on ODSP - good luck!

yes, you will get a full ODSP check but you will not get full OSAP.

What you need to do is tell OSAP that you get ODSP, and tell ODSP
about the OSAP. If you do not, you could end up in BIG trouble with
both of them and have overpayment's.

You will get OSAP for tuition and books, and other direct educational
costs only, no living expenses.

What I meant when I said earnings are exempted is WORK earnings will
be exempted, if you choose to take living expenses from OSAP, it will
be deducted dollar for dollar
