some times the humane society will do it at a low fee also.
This isn't exactly what you are requesting, but it's important to
pass on knowledge of this program for pets of the "marginally
housed". Dr. Michelle Lim is the wife of my vet and started a clinic
in 2003 to give veterinary care to pets of the homeless, street youth
and the Ottawa Mission. Their clientele has expanded through referrals
from social agencies and mental health organizations. They have mobile
clinics but also one on the Algonquin campus which trains vet techs to
provide pet care and education to the program's clients.
