1- ODSP workers and their manager have refused me with a COMPRESSION SOCKS.

Although, they have a prescription and vendor quote claiming it is not valid prescription since November.

2- They have refused to provide me with OT to change my shower chair that is broken since more than 3 months.

Then they send me a letter on Jan 14, 2023 claiming that they refused to provide me with the services because of not received documentations!!
