Spartan Sprint 2017 - OH YEAH!!!

It's that time of year again...I hope this email reaches everyone in good spirits!!

The Spartan Sprint will be held in DC (Maryland International Raceway) SEP 9, 2017.  A few of us ran it last year and it turned out to be a GREAT time. There's around 20 or so obstacles that covers a span of 3-4ish miles.  There's no 'requirement' to finish an obstacle.  It's really about what you're comfortable doing and how much you want to push yourself.  Trust me...there are ALL different shapes and sizes... it's fun...We took our time and finished as a group.
