Otherwise, the actual incoming damage is very timid and least in a BS you have plenty of buffer to even work with an undertanked fit, putting aside the option to simply shoot stuff before it enters weapon range.

I use a Marauder most of the time. Just sit back and blast from range doing tons of damage. Clear rooms often with little to no damage. The only issues are missions vs. missle ships. You are going to take some damage, so having some resistance and regen of a sort is required.

I. PRIMARY OPERATOR

Tank owners must designate a primary operator for each facility. Primary operators must be employees of the facility owner or operator. Third-party contractors or testing companies are not able to serve as primary operators. The primary operator is responsible for daily operation, maintenance and record keeping of the facility, and needs to have a general knowledge of UST compliance requirements.

Training for primary operators can be conducted at a UST facility during an inspection if the facility is in compliance. Otherwise, training occurs using NC DEQ's online training. Completing the online training will take less than 3 hours.

II. EMERGENCY RESPONSE OPERATOR

The Primary Operator should train Emergency Response Operators and list those trained on a UST-26 form or other similar log. The emergency response operator training slides below should be used by primary operators to train the emergency response operators.

Quite a few Gallente ships (particularly the droneboats) are viable with shield, armor or hull tanking. They have flexible slot layouts and base hp values. You generally see armor or hull on most Gal ships though.

Please note this is how i built my knight, and it is build for "end game" (means you have enough zulies for upgrades/etc and have spent enough time to gather all valor parts, element scrolls and so on), provided stat points are not perfect for every game mode

I primarily use Exalted Legionnaire Guard set there with Spider Bite accessories and Wings (Can be Eudy Fairy Wings or Wings of the Risen Phoenix), everything has Movement speed 60/Dodge Rate 100 (i drilled all Movement speed items, so i dont mix them up or sell accidentally ). I dont use any gem inside Guard Armor

Current build allows surviving/tanking all Vengeful Wisps that spawn, assuming you time Guard/Shield spikes properly and have AOE character in group or just taunt all monsters to you to let others leave safely and leave place yourself

Knight basically have to pick weapon based on damage type. Sword is best if you are auto attack/speed based build, Blunt weapon is better if you are AOE etc build (it has higher damage, but slower speed). Unique Endless Blade is primarily used for attack speed knight, Valor shop blunt for aoe/tank build. Some knights uses Courage sword from valor shop for damage also.

Storage Tank Facility Registration provides registration assistance to storage tank owners and operators; general information to the public regarding facility, tank, owner data; and technical and data management support to district and contracted local program staff.

Unless a valid registration placard is displayed in plain view as required by paragraph 62-761.400(4)(f), F.A.C., no motor fuel may be deposited into a storage tank required to be registered pursuant to this rule. Facility owners, operators, and suppliers are each responsible for compliance with this provision. For the purposes of this rule, motor fuels mean petroleum products, including petroleum products blended with biofuels, used for the operation of a motor or engine.

Link? Pic? Video? I've googled and youtube and have not come across a gorgeous fowlr tank. Is it even possible to make a fowlr gorgeous? lol I need ideas as I prepare for my 60 or even 117 cube fowlr setup soon.

I guess you could look at my 180 since it's in the very beginnings of a reef tank. I guess I'm partial, but I think it looks f'n fab. You really need good rock work. I agree that fake coral looks..well.. fake

Ive not seen any but not really looked. I would think some nice branching dry rock or some ledges could make for a really clean look. Not really beautiful though, need color for that in my opinion. Could get color with maybe different sands, white and black aranged a certain way.

I agree 100% But as Psychosis said, Reef or die! It just looks so amazing having a reef, even if it is a few key pieces scattered about. FOWLR just looks kind of dead. Yes, the fish are great and you can get non-reef safe fish, but nothing beats a good ol' reef!

Oil Storage Tank Search: This free service allows anyone to search the Department's database of registered oil storage tanks and to obtain registration certificates. This database includes all underground tanks that have been registered with DEP since 1986 (including tanks that have been removed) and aboveground tanks that have either been permitted by the State Fire Marshall's Office since 2005 or are registered with DEP.

TankSmart Operator Training and Certification: This service allows operators of registered oil storage tank facilities in Maine to get certified as Class A/B operators. There are two ways to do this. You may train and get certified for each facility separately using the registration numbers for each facility or you may train and certify as a general operator which will qualify you as a Class A/B operator for any facility.

Petroleum Delivery Driver Training and Certification: This program is designed to provide information regarding the proper delivery of home heating fuel, gasoline and other petroleum products to both aboveground tanks and underground tanks. Training topics include identifying overfill prevention devices, tank configurations, delivery process, and safety measures. The training is not a substitute for any DOT or other regulatory agency mandatory training; it is supplemental only.
