Last time we had discussed to have the next call on 11th April.

Time: 8:00pm to 9:00pm

Kindly confirm if this time is suitable for all of us.

As discussed earlier each of us can do the following to make the interaction more effective.

1)Assign self one project from the list and conform Samir bhai.

2)Speak to the co-ordinator of that project and get 1st hand experience.

3)Send the list of contacted karyakarta list to Samir bhai

It was  great  to have  Ma Sudhansu Bhai, senior Pracharak from orissa  to guide us towards the noble effort. ...

He spoke about the various seva activities happening in orissa, how we can get connected with various seva project.

How we can be a value add to this.All of us can take up a sample project and get the first hand experience.

Actionable :

All :

• Take up one project and start talking to them
• We will send mail to samir bhai for confirmation of the assigned project

Samir Bhai : 

•  Will create google group  and add all of us
•  Compile all the seva project list and share with all
•  Create an excell sheet and  add all the names

Radha Bhai + Benu Bhai :

• Speak to all contacts(at orissa) from the project list and get the first hand experience from them
• Help in mapping the persons with  project

Santosh Nayak  Bhai + Gyan Bhai :

• Get the list of Karyakarta from each individuals and send the list to  Samir bhai for final compilation.
• Speak to them and  assign a project if possible

Pravas Bhai  + Pravat Bhai :

• Will attend conference call if required for different cities (Karyakartas at Pune , Delhi etc....) 

Pravat Bhai : 

• Contact Karyakartas at Orissa and  Get the list of Projects and details of respective persons

Being the 1st interaction if anything  is missed it is my mistake. I hope we understand the spirit behind this.
