Pallishree Mela 2014 - Sambalpur - 29 May 2014 to 05 June 2014

Pallishree Mela will be organised by DSMS, Sambalpur at G M College Ground from 29 May to 05 June 2014 on the occasion of Famous Sheetal Shashthi Utsav of Sambalpur.  We have requested RO to approve 10 stalls for sale of SHG products by our SHGs/Artisans supported under different promotional programmes. 

We request you to kindly nominate good SHGs of your district to participate in the Mela and send the details to the undersigned by 20 May 2014.  As I will be on tour/leave during the Mela period, the participants may be advised to contact the CE, DSMS, Shri Raj Gopal Dash (Mob No. 9438529567) or Shri Ashok Panigrahi, Secretary, NGO, SARC ( Mob No. 9439896264/9937455878) for any assistance on reporting to Sambalpur.  They will be paid DA @Rs.150/day for max two participants.

Kindly advise the participants to report to GM College Ground by 9.00 AM on 29 May 2014 and return to their respective places on 05 June 2014 after closing of the Mela.  They have to submit the daily sales report and copy of participation certificate to Shri Panigrahi after conclusion of the Mela/before leaving the Mela ground for submission to RO
