Pl find out who sent this mail on my behalf and to whom(all Ids it was sent to )

This message was not sent by me
It was addressed to undisclosed ids(which I am afraid may include many of my contacts)
Pl find out which addresses it was sent to as the ids are not disclosed in this message
I am surprised to find this suspicious activity
Pl ignore it and help me find the source
I had one mail sent to me from this google a/c to nabard mail too
