Samples playing from card or ram?

Has this been covered somewhere? How do we differentiate whether samples are playing from RAM or from the card? I gather that booth are possible...

Hi everyone! I'm interested in this too.

Brian, will it be possible to load samples (long wav files for example) directly from the SD card. Even with limited realtime DSP action it would be good to who needs to have background tracks playing while performing live. And currently there's no stereo 24bit/96KHz sample player in eurorack world, am I correct?
