I have a looper unit inside of a mixer unit.  The mixer unit is set to 0dB.  The audio I'm capturing in the looper units buffer is playing back slightly quieter than what's going on.  Am I doing something wrong or is this a bug?

This is most likely related to the wet and or dub values in the looper.

This is with wet at 1.00 so it should be a 1:1.

Upon further experimentation it seems that the gain structure is closer to unity with the parent Mixer unit set at 8.00dB instead of 0.00dB.

I am wrong this is not the case.  Now it's louder.  I'm not understanding the gain structure.  I understand that depending on the wet and dub level there's a different balance and overdubbed balance.  However, if I record a passage and then set wet to 100% shouldn't the passage playback at the level it was recorded?  This is assuming no overdub.

Here are specific numbers:
Mixer Unit 0dB.  Looper wet 0.  Input percussion -4.5dB peak and -17dB RMS.  Punch in and record.
Then I set wet to 1.0 to monitor the newly filled buffer.  The same sound plays back at -9.7dB peak and -23dB RMS.
What am I not aware of here?

It turns out I had the input double assigned, once at the beginning of the Chain and again in the Mixer.  I see now.
