Moved to GitHub

Hi All,

We've been talking about it already, but I thought it would be still worth making an announcement.

It can be assumed from now on that we have moved to GitHub. Namely, to https://github.com/odedevs/ode

I've lost one last issue in the Issues DB during the import (the import script did not handle it properly) but otherwise, all the issues should have been migrated.

Rodrigo did some work for tidying the repository in the new place and I really appreciate that.

At the Bitbucket I've marked all the major branches read-only and added a note in the readme.md to let people know we have moved.
