Cylinder Geom with offset 'stands up'

Hello,

I have the problem that a cylinder geom with an offsetRotation always goes back into z axis orientation - like it's bottom side has a elastic spring tied to the ground. 

The attached body has no own rotation.

Why is that and how do i fix it?
