Seli is flowing nicely. I'm not sure why:

1. i've been on liquids all day, specifically lemonade. Know how lemons give you that head buzz... boy, do I have one. It's tickling my head and legs too! I feel just like the guy in this [tantra comedy skit](http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LK0n_qopmFo)
2. I've started my loving-kindess training with [Madre Grande Monastery](http://www.MadreGrande.org) - and yes, I did feel similar ticklings in the chest yesterday
3. My roommate's daughter gave birth to a grandson at 9:30am. Perhaps the psychic cord connecting us all is sending waves of joyous celebration through me
4. I'm doing p3y to attract the perfect girlfriend. To find such a mate, I must re-magnetize my own being accordingly. 
5. I've been at work all day. I cannot get into beta mode and focus on my job. I'm floating in space. My mind is all over the damned office complex!!! I'm thinking of buying a 7-bedroom house and having the tenants cover the mortgage. Who wants to sit at a desk and slave all day? 

Well, I suppose that is where Buddhist co-dependant arising doctrine come into play - who said there was one source cause for any effect?
