Position : Executive - Front Office
Location : Mumbai
Reporting to : Manager Administration
Job Description
· Responsible for manning the Company Board line and handle incoming and outgoing calls
· Co-ordination with external vendors to facilitate quality services within reasonable time
· Manning the travel desk and responsible for providing assistance to employees based on requests for organizing transport, hiring cars, travel bookings & hotel bookings
· Verification and processing of Vendor Invoices for payment
· Handling inbound and outbound courier despatches & maintenance of records
· Assist Manager Administration with administrative help pertaining to infrastructure and other administrative support to branch offices across locations
Skills required:
· Good Communication skills in English – oral & written
· Good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Micro soft excel and Micro soft Outlook
·
Experience
· 1 - 2 years experience in a similar role
· Must have handled Travel bookings through Vendors in the past
