It was great to see everyone on the Tom's Farm Century on Saturday March 16th.

This new route is plenty tough with the steep climbs up Green River / West Foothill Parkway and out on Trilogy near Tom's Farm.

The following are the final results and Jim Pugh, the OCW Stats Guy is copied on this.  Jim, the sign in sheet is attached.

Bob Bacin - 90 Miles

Chuck Bramwell - 90 + 10 Miles To/From at https://www.strava.com/activities/10975115279  I hit the deck in a slow speed crash when my front wheel got caught in an unpaved gutter near the start of SART at mile 70.  I got up and finished the last 30 miles pain free thanks to the strong pulls of Larry Locken.  I was pain free Saturday and Sunday but Monday morning was super painful getting out of bed.  X-Rays showed two fractured ribs and of course, bruised intercostal muscles.  I'm able to sleep better now, 12 days later so that's good.  Therefore, the next Saturday Century I can lead will probably be in May.

Jim Cawthon - 90 + 12 Miles To/From

Hoan Do - 90 + 12 Miles To/From at https://www.strava.com/activities/10975096466

Larry Fletcher - 90 Miles

Mike Hollinden - 90 + 11 Miles To/From at https://www.strava.com/activities/10975318149 - Mike added Cannon and the Climb to the Water Tower on the way back!!

Scott Klages - 60 Miles

Camille Longono - 60 Miles on The Silver Bullet Tandem

Tony Rodriguez - 60 Miles on The Silver Bullet Tandem

Hey Chuck, sorry to hear about your mishap last Saturday. Thinking about you as you recover!  Hope to see you soon on the Back Bay Trail, as that is my long ride these days!😀
Always good to follow the Sat Century Group, as it brings back many fond memories of those rides, and a few names, of past riding buddy’s!
So you all stay safe out there!

Hey Chuck

Sorry to hear about your fall but impressed you were able to finish. I did the same on the Dick Evans Memorial Race in Hawaii and broke 3 ribs. Like you I was able to finish and the pain caught up with me later. Funny how the adrenaline is able to block the pain. Getting out of bed the next day was worse than riding.

Speedy recovery Chuck

Chuck, you forgot to clarify the most important part of your crash… Is your BIKE OK??

Take care buddy and heal soon!
