ORAUSA 2019 Free Medical Mission

I am directed by the OFMMC Chairman, Nze Philip Obilom to formerly announce the commencement of the Meetings/Planning For the 2019 ORAUSA Free Medical Mission.
The FMM Committee is at it again!..
We are back for another season of blessing as the ORAUSA family is prepared once again to make our kind donations and contributions towards saving the lives of our people back home .
As our National President, Chief Ebubedike already hinted, we shall be coming to you very soon to ask for your support and we are seriously counting on your maximum cooperation as usual.

Meanwhile, bellow is the schedule for the 2019 FMM and also the basic factors to consider while choosing a venue:
Benefiting LGAs

1: Ideato North----- Dec. 16th 2019
2: Ohaji Egbema --- Dec. 17th
3: Oguta LGA------- Dec. 18th
4: Oru West---------Dec. 19th
Surgery ( If Any)--- Dec. 20th 2019.

Basic Requirements/ Conditions for Choosing the Venue and little Welfare for the Crew.

1:Good Access Road

2: Good source of water Supply

3: Steady Power/Electricity Supply

4: Good Toilet Facilities

5: Office Accommodation ( Consulting Rooms) for at least 8 physicians, each room with 2 chairs and 2 tables

6: At least 500 Chairs (Seats) at the venue

7: Canopies for shelter if there is no adequate Hall that can contain the people.

8: Provision of adequate Local Security

9 : A well ventilated room for Pharmacists and for storage of medications(drugs)

10: Local Doctors, Nurses and health workers volunteers.

11: Good publicity: by the Traditional Rulers, Churches, Schools, Townhall/ Kinsmen Meetings, Market Places , etc.

12: Refreshments and Lunch, Mandatory

13: Dinner, (optional) but must be in Owerri.

The benefiting LGAs are now advised to immediately hold a meeting and provide us with a befitting Venue and the contact Persons ( both here in USA and there in Nigeria) not later than August 29th 2019.
Any of the concerned LGAs who fails to provide us with the Venue that meets our Standards/Requirements as outlined above before August 29th deadline, may risk loosing the opportunity this year.
Therefore, you are encouraged to carefully choose se a good Location and active Contact Persons to enable us serve your community better.
