Unable to connect to AWS RDS replica

PG::ConnectionBad: PQconsumeInput() SSL SYSCALL error: EOF detected


All of a sudden this starts to appear even when I'm accessing via rails console. No code changes done.


Anyone faced this issue? Please help!
