Actionpack 3.0.9 not supported on ar-octopus 0.4.0

Hi,
I am trying to use 'ar-octopus' on my Rails 3.0.9 project and the
bundler installs 'ar-octopus' version 0.3.4 and not version 0.4.0.
Bundler reports that 'ar-octopus' 0.4.0 is not compatible with
'actionpack' version 3.0.9 and requires 3.0.6.
I suppose that this is an error in the 'ar-octopus' gem spec. Is that
so?
How can I overcome this problem?
