Hi guys,

I have a really weird problem which I can't seem to fix, I've been using octopress for a year or two and every time I've run rake preview and opened up localhost:4000 I've been able to see every post; regardless of whether they have the published: tag set to true or false.

However, I've come to do my work this morning and with apparently no interaction on my part the same process will now will only show posts that have the tag set to published: true.

This is getting really quite annoying and I'm not entirely sure to do about it, anybody got any ideas?

Thanks

Hey!

Sorry you're having troubles with this.
In the preview task, you should see Jekyll being called with (I think) "--future". If you don't see that, then posts with future dates and with published:false won't be generated and shown.

Hope that helps!

Sorry, quite grasping; you mean that when I issue the command "rake preview" I should see "--future" is one of the tasks it is running through?

Also, at the moment only the first post on my blog is showing up when I run "rake preview", with the other seven or eight posts dated after that first post. So does it mean that if I gave posts I'm working on a date that is before the date of my initial post, they would show up in rake preview?

I must be sounding like a total loon, even I'm confused now! Any idea why this might have suddenly started happening?

Thanks, P

I just started using Octopress following the getting started guide on the octopress website and when I get to the rake preview step, I get a blank page. I'm not the only one with this issue. I just saw someone else post about this on the google+ channel. I wonder if these two issues
