Wow! We did it.

Well, we didn't end the war on OCT27 but we strengthened out movement in the region and proved that we have what it takes to put on a major event that turned out to be very empowering.  Organizers are estimating that we had 2,500+ at the event in Orlando.  The OPD just released a figure of 2,000 people in the march.  We know they like to low ball us. 

Let me say THANK YOU to everyone who made this event possible by participating.  The speakers were great, the march was great-- hell, even the pouring rain was great!  Now, we need you to start sending us your photos, videos, etc.  If you have things you'd like to share or have posted on the website, please contact with a link to where i can find your photos.  www.photobucket.com is a great place to post or if you have facebook www.facebook.com, you can post them right to our group's page.  At any rate... I am tired.  I need to lay down, but before I do, let me tell you that there was so much love out there today that it was incredible and hopefully, the positive energy and potential of the day will help us forward to bigger and better things.  (we nearly outnumbered the entire democratic convention-- does that tell you something?)
