Operating system: Win7-64 Pro

CPU:I7-2600k

UMP Octave Version: 8.2

When I take a session of UPM Octave and move it to another screen, it resets the internal window frames and causes them to have equal vertical spacing, and hence window panes that were small and on the left such as current working folder, variables, and other things that would normally be small, become large.  I can reset them, but any time I move it to a different monitor, the same issue happens.
