Dear OCTA Friends,

Please forgive the mass email, but some of you asked that we update you all on Frank's heart bypass surgery.

Surgery is scheduled for 7:30 a.m. at Sutter Memorial in Sacramento on Tuesday, May 29. We met with both doctors today and they seems really happy things were going as they are.

There is a "family house" where families of patients can stay in a room for three with its own private bathroom, community kitchen, laundry, and family rooms within walking distance of the hospital. So that will be super.

Frank is available to visit if you want to call him (209.296.7242) on Sunday, Monday, or Tuesday days, and all evening, or email Frank (ftort...@volcano.net) before the surgery date, or after he comes home, hopefully by June 3, if all goes as planned.

I hope you don't get upset that we keep saying thank you for emails, cards, and phone calls, but your support means so much to both of us.
