Sad News from OCTA

Dear OCTA folks,

Kathy Conway from OCTA headquarters sent me an email today. Sandy Waggoner died last evening. She was to be the next OCTA secretary, but had to resign due to ill health, and Joyce Everett stepped in.

She was a great supporter of CA-NV Chapter, even living in Florida. She helped at most conventions I worked at, either with me at registration or most surely with Kathy Conway at OCTA table in the bookroom.

She has siblings that could use some holding in our thoughts.
