A classmate of mine who took it and passed last year said to do Eric Wilson's course, know the CPGs (know the rankings), CPRs (check out John Snyder's stuff as well), and look at just the Charts/Tables in the Current Concepts (as the material may be too new for the exam)
He also said, don't worry about protocols unless you have to do something different with a certain condition, say, what would you do with an ACL repair vs ACL repair WITH meniscal repair.
