In case anyone is interested...see below.  If six of us take this class, we will have a price reduction.

Hi Kimberly,

I just got this from Gigi Pridmore.  It's definitely something to think about.  If there were 6 of us from WOW, then the cost would be pretty reasonable.  I don't know if the date conflicts with the Ride-In however.

Thanks for the forward Nancy - we really appreciate the endorsement. if you can get a group of 5 together, we'll add a 6th school free. Brings the price down to $162.50 each, or 5 pay $195 and the 6th rider rides free, however it works out for the group.  Something to think about :)

cheers,
Gigi

Hi Kimberly,

I took Reg's class at Streets of Willow in October, 2007.  It significantly improved my riding skills, smoothness, and confidence.  Reg runs a tight ship; the atmosphere is extremely professional, but very non-threatening.  If I could afford it, I would love to go again to the all women's class.  I'm sure it will be great.

If you think it's appropriate, you might want to forward this to the Women on Wheels, Iron Angels.

Dear Ladies,

I wanted to share with you some new info about our all women CLASS at Streets of Willow in June. We now have an avenue to rent (7) 250 Ninjas for the day. The price is $250 for the bike (plus the school) and they take care you very well. They take care of transport, tires and pressures, maintenance etc., you get to just turn up and ride! So I am looking to find out  if there's anyone who either needs a bike or would like to ride a 250 Ninja at the event. If I could impose on you to help spread the word, we would really appreciate your help.

I also wanted to pass along that  have had lots of inquiries as to whether or not there would be help loading and unloading motorcycles. The answer to that is YES :) There will be several of our guys on hand to help with anything riders need help with.

I would also like to hear from you if you think you or anyone you know is considering attending our event. Interest seems to be high but actual enrollments have been light. We've intentionally made it super easy to reserve a spot in this day. We would like to get some feedback so we can evaluate the potential of a CLASS all women's school. We'd like to hear from you with anything from questions, concerns or even a yeah or nay.

I wanted to share with you something I read just this morning that was written by Shira Kamil, associate editor of Backroads Magazine. Shira writes " To balance out the year, I've also signed up for CLASS on July 7th at VIR (Virginia International Raceway). I've taken CLASS many times before and I truly believe that Reg Pridmore and crew offer the best and most useful track course available.  Sure, you will be moving at a pretty good clip around the track, but what they are teaching you here is not how to make your lap time .001 seconds faster but how to move SMOOTHLY around the course. This directly translates to real world riding. Every time I leave this class I feel like I am riding at a much higher caliber with much more confidence."

That's all for now. If you can maybe pass this along to riding friends in So Cal and even points beyond, I would greatly appreciate it.  Hope to see you at the track!

Cheers,

Gigi Pridmore

Hi Stephanie & other WOW members/supporters,

No. The class this email is referring to is on improving your RIDING skills. There is nothing formal being planned with WOW.  It was sent for information in case people wanted to organize their own informal group with other members

I believe the class you are referring to on craigs list is on how to care for your bike.  I took it a couple of years ago & found it helpful.

Are you girls getting a group together for a class's with the guy who avertises on craigs list? Bill? I saw the email a week or so ago and I would love to take the class with you girls! And to be in on the discount even better!!!
If I'm reading this wrong let me know, perhaps its another class....
Hope all is well!

Hi Peggy & Other WOW members/supporters,

My understanding is it is located in Rosamond near Lancaster, CA. and is on June 2nd. My understanding is enough people need to register by tomorrow 5/2 for the class to happen.  I don't really have much information as I was just forwarding emails.  FYI, I've forwarded other emails today related to this class.
