Great Event and Ride - the 9th Annual Motorcycle Poker Run and Ride - benefits the GDA - Guide Dogs of America - for the blind - - Sunday May 20th. Sylmar.
I give to the Blind Foundation since my grandmother (Stella) went blind years ago. She has since passed away - but this is a wonderful way of helping those that are need of extra assistance when they can't see. This is a great organization. They also have this Motorcycle event - yearly - and all proceeds go towards raising and giving the dogs to new homes (owners) that have lost their sight.
If you are looking for a good place to donate to - this would be it. Happy St. Pattys Day to all my friends and relatives.
