Subject: Kawasaki Demo Rides - June 24, Solvang, CA

 

Kawaski is sending their cruiser truck full of 2011 Vulcans including the new Vaquero to Solvang, CA for a V-ROC Rally.  However, the demo rides are open to anyone who shows up.

 

Location:
Veterans Memorial Hall
1745 Mission Drive

Solvang, CA 93463

 

Sign-Up for your ride starting at 8 a.m.

First Ride Out 9 a.m.

Last Ride Out 4:30 p.m.

 

To test ride a new cruiser you need:

- Current License with Motorcycle Endorsement (permits not allowed)

- Helmet

- Long Pants

- Eye Protection

- Closed toe shoes (boots preferred)

- Long sleeves/jacket & gloves recommended

 

The rides are usually around 25-30 minutes long.  Though I don't generally consider myself a cruiser rider, I sure am having fun riding escort on the new Vaquero, the Nomads and the rest of the fleet.

 

You also get in on two contests for taking a demo ride which could lead you to winning a motorcycle or ATV. Plus, Kawasaki makes great coffee and provides other snacks and non-alcoholic drinks as well.
