Good afternoon awesome Odyssey volunteers!

 

I hope you are doing well. I wanted to share some upcoming volunteer opportunities here at Odyssey Charter School. We are looking for parent volunteers that are either level A or A+. Please see below for a list of upcoming events, the dates, how many volunteers we need, and how to sign up. If you’d like to sign up for a shift, please send an email to Alyssa Sferrazza at sfer...@odysseycharterschool.com with the following information: the event you’d like to volunteer at, the times you are available, the best way to contact you and any questions or concerns.

 

Upcoming Volunteer opportunities

 

1.       Vision and Hearing Screening  3-4 volunteers per shift

Tuesday, March 21^st, 2017 8am-2:00pm

·         Shift 1: 8-11am

·         Shift 2: 11am-2pm

2.       Field Days

·         Thursday, March 16^th 9:30-12pm: Kindergarten (OCS)

·         Friday, March 24th 9:40-2:00: 1st and 2^nd (Fred Lee Park)

·         Tuesday, May 16th 9:40-2:00: 3rd and 4^th  (Fred Lee Park)

·         Thursday, May 18th 9:40-2:00: 5th and 6^th  (Fred Lee Park)

 

3.       Founders Day 5k 1-2 volunteers per shift

·         Registration Table (Jr/Sr): 4:30-6:00pm

·         Basket Raffle Table (Jr/Sr): Shift 1: 5:30-6:45pm; Shift 2: 6:45-8:00pm

·         OCS Elementary Welcome/Information Table (Eldron campus): 5-6pm

·         OCS Welcome/Information Table (Wyoming campus): Shift 1: 4:15-6pm

         Shift 2: 6-8pm

 

4.       FSA Hall Monitoring 5-6 volunteers per date

·         March: 3/28, 3/29, 3/30,

·         April: 4/18, 4/19, 4/20, 4/21, 4/24, 4/25, 4/26, 4/27, 4/28

·         May: 5/1, 5/2, 5/3. 5/4, 5/5, 5/8, 5/9, 5/10, 5/11

 

5.       Jungle Book ongoing. Performances in May
