zstd 壓縮等級測試

環境：Lubuntu 21.10，用 Virtualbox 測試，如附表：

可以發現預設的 -3 在壓縮速度跟大小上取得不錯的平衡，如果提高壓縮等級，減少的壓縮比例有限，但是壓縮速度大幅下降。
