You need to train new models using ocropus-rtrain if you want to create new models.

Thank you for your reply. I created a new model that contains Polish characters using ocropus-train but compared with the default model was wrong in words without Polish characters

how you have created the default models? whether they can be upgraded?

How did you incorporate Polish characters? Currently, by default only English and Fraktur models exists. For other languages, one has to build new training models.

and if use the parameter '--load'? 'start training with a Previously trained model', it would default expanded model of Polish characters
