Dear Orange County Planning Board,

Please, do not allow the request to substantially rezone the filed across from Everett Ln on NC54. Putting in a Dollar Store has serious potential to disrupt and degrade the flourishing local business district at the Whitecross hamlet and also cause unnecessary environmental damage.
