This year we will be running the popular Eat Smart Move More NC Holiday Challenge!
What is it?: By signing up you will receive a weekly email until the New Year with tips, tricks, recipes, and more to support your health goals this holiday season.
For some added motivation and support, you can join the Challenge by checking in with nutrition services weekly. If you opt in, we will send you a weekly check-in poll with a couple questions via Teams. Each weekly report you submit will enter you into a raffle for a prize to be given out on the week of January 5th. As a bonus, you can chat with our dietitians with your questions at any time during the challenge on Teams.

Our goal is to help you enjoy all the things this season has to offer, while maintaining some healthy habits along the way. Let us be part of your support system during this busy time of year!
