Thank you for your email. The Buckhorn Area Plan Study is scheduled to be reviewed by the Orange County Planning Board at its meeting on January 6. The agenda for the meeting is scheduled to be posted on December 30 and will include detailed information on how to view the meeting and sign up to speak, if you wish to do so. Planning Board agendas are posted at: http://orangecountync.gov/AgendaCenter/Planning-Board-26
The rezoning you referenced is not an action the Orange County Planning Board will review/make a recommendation on.

To the members of the Planning Board,
I am Fiona Johann and live at 5016 Johann Ln, Mebane, NC 27302. I have recently been involved in the Mebane City Planning Board and Mebane City Council meetings regarding two issues: The Buckhorn Area Plan and the Rezoning of 6016 West Ten Rd. From what I understand these items will also be presented to your planning board as they are both in Orange County and not Mebane City limits.
I am emailing to receive some clarity on the timeline of both items and during which meetings they will be discussed as I want to make sure I am in attendance. Can you please let me know when these items will:
a) be on your agenda
b) when the agenda packet will be available and
c) how I can go about registering for the zoom meeting.
