Updates have typically been sent to only supervisors. Below are the stats for the 2025 Annual Performance Evaluation as of Friday, October 31st.
Annual evaluations were due on October 1st. All evaluations have to be fully through the approval process by December 1st. Please be sure to visit your NEOGOV Dashboard to see if there are any tasks that you need to complete. Be sure to check the overdue tab. To check the status of your evaluation go to: NEOGOV Dashboard à Performance (top) à My Evaluation (Current) à Click on evaluation link à Process (image below chart), scroll down until you see current in the status column.

Hi All – Happy Friday!! We ARE making progress? The previous email is below, please review. Evaluations need to be completed and through the approval process on or before December 1st to avoid any delays with merit pay. PAFs need to be sent to the HRPM email address from those assigned to do so per department by December 1st as well.
If you have a task, To-Do or Overdue, on your dashboard that means there is an action that you need to take.
SUPERVISORS: To see detailed information about the status of your employees, go to your Dashboard, à Reports (top). Select Evaluation Status Detail in the Performance box. In the Due Date Field, put 10/01/2025. There is a button with 4 lines to select what fields you want to see, like current step and current step assignee. You may have to remove some fields to see what you need on your screen. You can then sort each field based on your preferences.
If you have employees who do not work in an office, please allow them the opportunity to sign off on their completed evaluation for the last step. Those in the office should review their Dashboards often.

There are fewer than 20 days remaining before evaluations are considered late. Any evaluations not fully approved by December 1 will be at risk of delayed merit pay.
