Athens City Nature Challenge

Hello all,

Athens will be participating in the City Nature Challenge for the first time ever this year, taking place April 24–27! This global community science event is a great opportunity to document local biodiversity and highlight the incredible variety of life in our area.

Two of our upcoming bird walks also fall within the challenge window, making them a great opportunity to contribute observations:

• April 25 – Sandy Creek Park
• April 26 – ACC Landfill
