We have 2 bird walks this weekend.  Saturday we're at Sandy Creek Park, and Sunday we're at the ACC Landfill.

Bird Walk at Sandy Creek Park
Saturday, April 25⋅8:00am – 12:00pm
400 Bob Holman Rd, Athens, GA 30607, USA

Join us for a bird walk at Sandy Creek Park. We will meet in the parking lot to the right of the main entrance.

Our bird walks are open to the public and welcome birders of all ages and experience levels. Bring binoculars, water, insect repellent, and snacks if desired, and dress for the weather with comfortable shoes.

Bird Walk at the ACC Landfill
Sunday, April 26⋅8:00am – 12:00pm
5700 Lexington Rd, Winterville, GA 30683, USA

The Oconee Rivers Audubon Society, in conjunction with the Athens-Clarke County Landfill, will be hosting a Sunday bird walk at the landfill. We will be meeting inside the gate off of Lexington Road.

Please make sure to arrive on time, as the folks at the landfill may need to lock the gate behind us.
