I am excited to announce that the American Institute of Korean Traditional Medicine is now offering several educational opportunities for those interested in studying about Korean Medicine.
In September, we will be offering An Introduction to Sasang Medicine. This two day intensive seminar with provide students a chance to acquire basic clinical skills in Sasang Constitutional Medicine while earning 12 continuing education units. (Course Dates: Sept. 12-13, 2015)
Starting in August 2015, we will begin our online Sasang Study Group, offering biweekly discussions and presentations involving classical texts and Korean medical principles. This will be a fantastic opportunity for group members to dive deeper into their understanding of the classic texts, learn about Korean Medicine, and share clinical experiences with each other.
In 2016 we will begin our Korean Acupuncture Course Series, introducing several Korean Five Elemental acupuncture methods such as Sa Am (Sa-am Acupuncture Method), Hwa-Chim (Harmony Acupuncture Method), and Un Gi Chim (Astrological Acupuncture Method).

About the American Institute of Korean Traditional Medicine:
The AIKTM was founded in 2014 and is a registered non-profit organization in the state of Oregon that provides education in Korean culture, tradition, and medicine. The AIKTM was established as a sister-organization to the Yon-Kyoung-Won (Organization Devoted to the Study of the Classics) in Daejeon, Korea. There are currently 4 board membersof the AIKTM based in America, Vietnam, and Korea.
