Yeah sure we are going to start between December 10-12 from which date regular sessions will day by day done mentored at the weekend by industrial mentors train them. Iam in the process of getting those people.

 

Till now for technical volunteers, assurances we got is below

 

HTML-- Mr. Sravan( web designner, Sum total systems, Hyderabad)

           --- Mr. Koti Reddy ( .ASP developer, TCS, Chennai). Previously worked with web technologies and also hobby to develop

               web sites for ngos. Matru anuraga group. Technical volunteering basic computer education for intermediate students

               at rural colleges around Gudur, Nellore

 

PHP--- Basic part to be done by Sravan. we are in active search of getting an industrial person to guide. Sravan and Pavan(Tmad bangalore) are in the process of getting a PHP trainer.

 

Java script-- Mr. Srinivas sarva raju ( Prudhvi solutions, Hyderabad, Java developer),

               --- Friend of Koti Reddy, Chennai,( who used to work technical volunteer as hobby in Chennai)(ofcourse confirmation we

                   are waiting in nfext few days.)

 

My SQL ----- Mr. Dinesh, Project Manager in Bangalore ( Pavan, TAMD,BANGALORE previously worked under him).

 

Interesting fact is Dinesh, Srinivas, Sravan are from Nellore only. They told us its not at all a problem for them to spend much time in these sessions at weekends and will give full contribution in the possible way. koti is also from Ongole,near to Nellore and they are already actively volunteering around Gudur, 30 kms to Nellore as technical volunteers.

 

 

And we are working out some more responses.

 

We will follow the model of student sessions at week days followed by industrial mentors sessions at weekends according to it. Sessions will be for one to two hrs  if student presents and mentors sessions depending on their availability.

 

We will start working on sessions training more till January 15th. Mostly it will be of training phase though students start building the project initial things need to actual part right from the first session. Some members like Sai,Sandeep  already started working on this aspect. After that, we will concentrate on project development completely and also workshops and other parts needed for student development (Resume building,communication skills, etc).

 

I think that will be more helpful.

 

Pavan and Sravan are helping us  a lot in getting the industrial pool of technical volunteers. Both being TMAD Members.

 

Ajax---- I have one guy in this part and as I dont know this phase will continue in this part or at later phases.

 

I hope the momentum will get live once we started sessions regularly.

Yeah Sure Sir. We wil form miniteams corresponding the mode you have choosen.

I have already discussed with them in the last session about that.

 

One more thing, I will send one medical case tough and which requires efficiency, as a model and how that is to be worked out with the help of technology and one educational case. It will be of interesting and also I selected after meticulous search which best explains the scenario and technological significance. Ofcourse it is a live example I have taken.

technical documentation - reviewing and updating ocms documentation - must have detailed coordination with all other team members. He/she must know little bit of everything.

Once the teams are formed, i will add them to ocms-dev group. And I will start working with the team very closely.

In another  1 or 2 weeks, basic version of the application (just data insertion part) will be ready. 

If  the team is going to be available, i will visit nellore on last weekend of this month (27 or 28), to have further team building process.
