As might know it already, OCMS will be based on Symfony.

I am trying to compile instructions for the technical setup

On a side note, i would like to see each individual to come out on his/her own and bug me for guidance. I am not a magician to give you everything straight away. We need persistent efforts and best use of Internet and free time. 

It shouldn't be much difficult for you to start working. In case of you are waiting for my guidance, please do give me  call and get clarifications.  Please do not have too much of wait time expecting for guidance.

Well, what is the plan of action? I need you guys to be comfortable with apache, php, mysql and then everything together in terms of Symfony framework.I know it is little too much of demanding thing but the moment you are through, believe me you will be far better than may students of your age/batch.

well, June 2009 is the timeline i am looking for production deployment. That means we do not have much time. By March/April we must be done with the development.

 Good news here on our OCMS(online case management) project part.

 

We have got a permanent class room facility in Aditya Degree college, Nellore where we can conduct regular training classes and also workshops.

 

Today I myself and Sai Prasad have approached Sri. Aditya garu, Chairman and founder of Aditya group of institutions, Aditya Nagar, Nellore.

 

We have explained him about the significance of our project technically and also social relevance.

 

Aditya garu personally involved in social activities to a very good extent and also has keen interest in student welfare. Infact I myself and Sai Prasad both being alumni of those institutions. I have secured state twelvth rank in APRJC entrance from there and Sai prasad studied Intermediate there. He also helps in the eye care mission activities, the organization which has been founded by these Engineering students who are the trainees now in this project.

 

Interesting fact is our member, Prasanthi also an aluminus of that college. He knows Prasanthi well as both are being members in Telugu writers association, Nellore chapter.

 

News is we can conduct everyday the training sessions at our convenient periods. We will start regular sessions from December 10th on a continuous scale.

 

Tomorrow also we are starting one our student session. One technical topic (Mysql) and the modes of doing the project and how we need to start the project are being the significant things in tomorrows session.

I had few hours of KT session to Sai and Vamshi today at my home.
It was really useful. I have provided them with the set of
expectations I have regarding the project. I have given brief hands
on overview of symfony framework and how it works.

for the benifit of everyone who have office 2003, attached doc
contains instructions in word 2003 format. my previous attachment
contained a docx file (office 2007).
