Content vs. News?

Question: Should Ochs refer to itself as a "Content Management System"
or a "News Management System" or even something more specific?

Elaboration: A lot of people would argue that naming conventions don't
really matter. This is somewhat true for the short term, but in the
long term it has the potential to influence the direction of a
project. I would like to see Ochs get off on the right foot by
properly defining what it is we're designing Ochs for and building
that into our descriptions and documentation. For example, so far we
have certain features relating to classes and faculty for attribution
that would certainly seem directed at a college audience.

Since we already have a lot of code laid out from all our previous
efforts and operational usage on TNJN, let's consider this step 1 in
defining our road map. Let's figure out our direction and define how
broad Ochs will be.
