Radio Articles and Bylaws

Hi folks -

I've put draft versions of a couple documents on google docs - documents
we will be needing as this moves forward and we form a formal
organization to work in an official/legal capacity with the fair.

Main thing to remember in reviewing these - the articles are how we
communicate with the state - the bylaws are how we communicate with each
other.

Much of the wording in both docs will appear dreadfully formal and
archaic - but must be used to meet certain requirements any non profit
corporation must have in these - 'founding documents'. People in the
future may actually want to see these and not having some of the
stranger sounding language will cause problems.

That noted, the normal wording - mainly in the bylaws (fewer changes in
the articles the better!) on how we want to create our own universe are
completely open to discussion.
