the letter to our board of directors

Hi -

Unless there are any objections - or additional comments or changes -
I'd like to send the letter as revised to Charlie, and with real
gratititude take him up on his offer to distribute it to the board.

This is a basic 'heads up' type thing - not the formal proposal to take
to the board - but will finally bring our board and by extension our
membership into the party.

Please let me know what's what - and I'll send it on to him tomorrow -
Wed. - or there-a-bouts.
