the new lpfm application

Hi all -

I am attaching the new, and what I understand to be the final
application form with all the revisions as adopted by the FCC prior to
the October opening.

Note that it has yet to be approved by the OMB, so it is not officially
released - and is not yet in the federal registry, but this is it.

There are a few technical changes from the document we've been working
with, but nothing to get excited about.

If you had the earlier version stashed on your computer, please replace
it with this updated version - and likewise any printed printed copies
you might have.
