各位好，

OKFN (開放知識基金會，現改名為 OKI) 創辦人 Rufus Pollock 來台，將在下週拜訪 OCF。

他在 2/11(六) 將舉辦一個整天的互動 workshop: Open Leaders Program，邀請對「開放」的未來願景有興趣的朋友參與，讓大家對於這個主題勾勒出更完整的全貌與互相分享秘訣。有興趣請至 http://open-leaders.com/taiwan-2017/ 報名。

Rufus 過去成功地讓 Open Data 運動在全球受到重視，OKI 維護大量 Open Data 的基礎建設，如 CKAN、Open Data Index、Open Data Definition 等，以及預算透明等 Open Data 的應用。除此之外，也建立了全球的開放知識網絡，讓各領域有開放願景的人們協作。

This is a highly interactive peer-based event - it is not an all-day lecture. It is fun, engaging and an introduction to a big, existing vision around openness (including material from my upcoming book!). People who did the last program in Berlin found it really interesting and they got a lot of value for their work.
