Job Description:
The Oracle HCM Cloud Senior Technical Consultant will be responsible for hands-on technical development and implementation of Oracle HCM Cloud solutions. This role is strictly technical and focuses on coding, integrations, reports, data conversions, and system customization rather than functional consulting. The consultant will work independently and collaboratively with business and IT teams across the full project lifecycle.
• Develop Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) for interfaces, reports, conversions, and extensions
• Design and implement RICEW objects and technical solution blueprints
• Build inbound and outbound integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
• Develop OTBI and BI Publisher (BIP) reports and HCM Extracts
• Manage data conversions using HDL, UCM, and MFT
• Customize HCM pages using sandbox environments
• Hands-on experience with Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Compensation, Talent Acquisition, and Talent Management
• Strong SQL and Python development skills
• Lead technical testing, mentoring, documentation, and post–go-live support
• Support quarterly Oracle updates and optimize system performance
